FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: method of preparation for calcination and pouring with metal of multilayer ceramic shell mould for production of metal spherical casts by investment patterns includes dusting of shell mould (3) with support filler (2). Mould installed in flask (1) is sprinkled with support filler while providing level of sprinkling between lower edge of lower tier of shell moulds and its horizontal axis of symmetry.
EFFECT: increasing the crack resistance of the shell mould due to a decrease in the values of temperature stresses in the shell during the metal pouring process.
