FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: in the method of automatic calibration of an industrial tractor motion control system, control currents of electromagnets of onboard pumps and rotation frequencies of onboard motors are measured. Measurement is carried out at first at high control current, which is 20-30% higher than maximum current for both onboard pumps and motors. Maximum rpm of the motors of the left and right sides is determined. Then coefficients are determined by two points. Further, two values of pump control currents are set in series, approximately 30% and 50% of maximum current, motor rotation frequency is measured and coefficients are determined from two points. Calibration currents are calculated and recorded in memory. Then two arbitrary values of motor control currents are set in series, approximately 30% and 50% of maximum current, frequency of rotation of motors is measured and coefficients are determined by two points. Calibration currents of motors in the second range are then calculated and fixed in memory.
EFFECT: reduced labour input of calibration.
