FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of oil and gas wells and is intended to study the process of thermal hardening of cement mortar samples under conditions of specified negative temperatures with subsequent determination of strength characteristics of the formed cement stone samples. Climatic chamber comprises internal space for placement of cement mortar samples, which is a chamber formed by walls of the housing. Housing is made in the form of a cube of heat-insulating material, on the lower surface of which there are wheels fixed. On top of the housing there is a removable cover. Cover is made of heat-insulating material, in the centre of upper surface of which there is a handle. On the front side surface of the housing there are fixed locks. Sealing gaskets are installed along the perimeter of the upper end surface of the housing and the lower surface of the cover. Inside the housing on the side wall there is a fan with the possibility of directing the air flow perpendicular to the heat exchanger installed in front of it. Fan is connected to the monitoring and control unit. In the side wall of the housing there are through holes in which a flexible pipe layout with shutoff valves and an electric valve is installed with the possibility of connection to any chiller independent of the climatic chamber. Temperature sensor is located on the wall opposite the fan and the heat exchanger. Monitoring and control unit is made with the possibility of switching on/off the fan and the electric valve when the specified temperature inside the chamber is reached. Electric valve is made with the possibility of cutting off the low-temperature liquid from the heat exchanger. Inside the lower part of the chamber there is a lattice support installed with possibility of removal.

EFFECT: creation of a device for maintenance of negative temperatures for a long period of time.
