SUBSTANCE: invention relates to allergology, immunology and dermatovenerology, and is intended to predict the effectiveness of treating aggravated atopic dermatitis during pregnancy with a combination of "emollient + topical antipruritic agent". Method for predicting the effectiveness of treating atopic dermatitis in pregnant women with a combination of an emollient and a topical antipruritic agent involves calculating a probability coefficient p=1/(1+e−y), where e is an exponent, and y is determined by the formula y=12.293−0.138x1−0.468x2−0.008x3, where x1 is the severity of the disease, determined by the SCORAD index, measured in points; x2 is blood serum filaggrin level in pg/ml; x3 is the blood serum interleukin 31 level in pg/ml. If the probability coefficient p is more than 0.5, the treatment is considered to be effective, and if the value is less than 0.5, the treatment is considered to be ineffective.
EFFECT: method enables a personalized approach to the choice of therapy.
