SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the risk of atopic dermatitis recurrence. In the blood, the expression of the toll-like type 4 receptor (TRL-4) on monocytes, the concentration of the epithelial peptide that activates neutrophils (ENA-78) is determined. The risk factor for the development of recurrence K pr is calculated using the formula Kpr=1/(1+e -(3.156-0.171*TRL4+0.006*ENA78). A value of Kpr≥0.46 means a high risk of atopic dermatitis recurrence can be predicted. A value of Kpr<0.46 means a low risk of developing a relapse of the disease can be predicted.

EFFECT: method improves the accuracy of predicting the risk of recurrence in patients with atopic dermatitis by using the original formula for calculating the risk factor for recurrence Kpr.
