FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to method of clinical course and assessment of effectiveness of atopical dermatitis treating. Method of clinical course and assessing effectiveness of treating atopical dermatitis involves clinical and laboratory examinations of patients suffering from verified atopic dermatitis with determination of content in blood serum of protein lactoferrin (LF), mcg/ml, alpha-1-antitrypsin (a1-AT) in g/l, alpha-2-macroglobulin (a2-MG) in g/l, followed by calculating coefficient K by specific formula, and if its values are from 6 to 15, mild degree of severity is shown, and at 15 and more moderate and severe degree of severity are shown, one month after treatment repeated examination is made with calculation of coefficient K, and at its reduction to 30 % and more from its initial value treatment is considered to be effective, prolonged remission is prognosed, while at lowering of coefficient K to less than 30 % of its initial value treatment is considered to be ineffective, short period of remission and high risk of recurrence are prognosed.
EFFECT: method, described above, allows efficient evaluation and prediction of clinical course on basis of objective data of clinical-laboratory investigations and mathematical calculations.
