FIELD: hydraulic machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as an air-hydraulic engine. Air-hydraulic engine consists of immersed in working fluid wheel 1 with buckets 2, which is installed on horizontal axis 3 with possibility of rotation in working fluid, gas supply channel 4 with inlet hole 6 connected to gas injector 7 and located above level of upper bucket 2. Channel 4 ends with two branch channels 8 with outlet holes 5, providing gas supply from below under wheel 1. One outlet hole 5 provides gas supply from below under wheel 1 on the side of buckets 2 open from below, other hole 5 provides gas supply from below under wheel 1 from the side of buckets 2 closed from below. Distance between outlet holes 5 and buckets 2 is made with minimum allowable working gap. Gas pressure in channel 4 exceeds pressure of liquid column. Minimum level of working fluid, in which wheel 1 is located is determined by the level of axis 3, and the maximum level is determined by the level of upper bucket 2.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing operation of an air-hydraulic engine at minimum pressure of a liquid column and involvement of submersion and ascent sections in its operation.
