FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power technological equipment and can be used for processing, in order to activate hydrocarbon fuel, both liquid and solid or for ionization or ozonation and air ionization. Discharger for treatment of liquids and gases contains working chamber (2) formed by cylindrical housing (1), inlet (5) and outlet (6) branch pipes connected to it from ends (3 and 4), internal electrode (8) installed along axis of symmetry of working chamber, and external electrode (10) installed concentrically to inner electrode inside cylindrical housing, with displacement along discharge arrester, connected by high-voltage wires (14 and 15) to high voltage source (13), means of generating magnetic field (11) in the working chamber, characterized in that the means of generating a magnetic field in the working chamber is configured to rotate the discharge from the action of the magnetic field between the electrodes.
EFFECT: improved completeness of fuel combustion, reduced emission of harmful substances, reduced power consumption of discharger.
