SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for mixing loose fodders at livestock farms and complexes. Mixer of loose fodder mixtures includes a housing, a multi-section hopper for filler and additives, an unloading hole closed by a gate and a combined auger-tape working member, wherein the housing is installed with an inclination angle α from 0 to 45°, at that, the combined auger-tape working member has a tubular shaft installed in bearing supports, in which in the zone of the multi-section hopper there are longitudinal slots with a length equal to the length of the multi-section hopper, and on the opposite end of the tubular shaft there are also longitudinal slots, wherein their length corresponds to the size of the unloading hole, wherein between said slots blades are attached, bent from radial direction at an angle β = 25-40°, wherein the width of said slots corresponds to the distance between the attachment blades, the number of which is from 2 to 8 pieces, on the outer part of the tubular shaft, from the beginning of the multi-section hopper to the blades, alternating auger spirals and multi-start tape spirals are attached, wherein the length of said spirals corresponds to 1 to 4 of their turns, wherein the edge of the tape multi-start spirals enters the inter-blade space from 1/4 to 1/8 of the length of the blades and the edges of the tape multi-start spirals are located between the blades, wherein a shaft is installed inside the tubular shaft in bearing supports, wherein alternating auger spirals and tape spirals are attached to the shaft, wherein the length of these spirals corresponds to 1 to 4 of their turns, wherein said blades have stationary tray secured to said sleeve arranged between bearing supports and locked to housing flange.
