FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a baffle-rectification contact device for heat and mass exchange between vapour (gas) and liquid. Device includes a horizontal plate cloth, a drain partition, a drain pocket and a nozzle structure. At that, it is characterized by the fact that the packed structure is made in the form of L-shaped packed structural element, which is conjugated with the horizontal part with the frame of the drain pocket wall, and with the vertical part with the horizontal cloth of the plate and the drain partition.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of vapour-liquid loads, reduces the height of the contact device and the column as a whole, as well as increases efficiency of mass exchange processes due to an additional mass exchange zone.
