Said serial circuit is located along device optical axis 5. Light source has emitter 9 which outputs non-coherent beam of given area and shape. Output of emitter 9 is located on optical axis 5 and for elements 1 and 3 is located in position that represents object plane for projecting three- dimensional frequencies of device 3 into plane 7. Receiver 4 is designed as single receiver 8 which is located on optical axis 5 in plane for projecting three-dimensional frequencies of device 3 into plane 7.
