FIELD: removal and processing of solid wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to environmentally neutral processing and decontamination of household and industrial waste. Complex of technical means of ecological production for processing and recycling of food and solid combustible components of household and industrial wastes with production of thermal energy and commercial products comprises a hopper unit, a unit for sorting household and industrial wastes, waste incineration plant, food wastes accumulation unit, fodder mixtures and fertilizers preparation unit, agricultural production farms arranged on a set of floating physically interconnected platforms equipped with access and exit bridges for communication with the coastal embankment for receiving wastes and shipment of finished commodity products. At that, the incineration plant contains a combustion unit, a smoke treatment unit, a water treatment and heat recovery unit and an ash recovery unit containing a melting reactor with a plasmatron lined from the inside, an ash bin with a mechanism for its input into the ash recovery unit, a power supply, melt discharge and slag granulation system and additional flue gas cleaning system. At that, the unit for water treatment and utilization of heat is designed so that to enable generation of superheated steam for production of thermal energy.

EFFECT: development of technology of closed non-waste technology of garbage neutralization, as well as ecological isolation of ecological production from urban infrastructure with preservation of accessibility and prompt delivery to them of household and industrial wastes for their environmentally safe recycling.
