FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, construction industry and to high-temperature combustion of solid domestic and industrial wastes (SDIW) in units of bubbling type and is intended for high-efficiency destruction of continuous generated volumes of life of mankind – solid domestic wastes (SDW). Furnace comprises caisson, lateral and face blowing tuyeres with nozzles, arch, bottom, loading devices and appliances for discharge of liquid and gaseous melting products, with installed in furnace hearth along the perimeter of caisson mine with back and embedded caissons at depth of 10–12 gauges of blowing tuyeres and with pitch between masonry equal to 1–3 times of embedded caisson, equipped at joint of furnace-boiler with gas sealing device, from the protected shell ring of the fire side with refractory blocks installed along the entire perimeter of the boiler, with the shell submersion depth into the sand bath providing the hydraulic resistance, at that, furnace hearth casing is assembled from separate metal sections not connected to each other and compressed along length and width by special pins equipped with springs and nuts, and selection of optimum length of furnace is determined by empirical formula. Loading chamber has loading section, together with power boiler forms complex of thermal processing of solid domestic and industrial wastes (SDIW) together with coal and limestone, containing receiving-unloading device, equipped with trenches for receiving and storage of processed components and equipped with grab cranes with control panel, providing supply of processed materials to charge storage bins, equipped with belt weight batchers with controlled speed of belt movement and operating in automated process control system (APCS), which, provided that said equipment is installed in a certain sequence, enables to perform continuous technological process.
EFFECT: providing optimum conditions of technological process.
