FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: compost preparation method involves aerobic fermentation of a mixture of nitrogen- and carbon-containing components. Composition of the compostable mixture is calculated based on the results of the agrochemical analysis of the components of the mixture, followed by weighting the mixture into the mixer, and then into a bioconverter. Creation of microbiological community during aerobic fermentation is carried out at mixture moisture content %, non-uniformity of mixing less than 15%, self-heating temperature up to 75°C…82 °C and maintaining oxygen content in mixture within 3+2…12+3%. Mixture is held in the bioconverter to maximum temperature, after which the mixture is unloaded onto an open site and held for at least 12 days.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to quickly and at any time of the year to obtain high-quality compost, at the same time neither effluents nor gases are released from it.
