FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for treating unstable pelvic ring fractures with vertical displacement comprises two spinal rods pre-curved in the form of lordosis, with fasteners in the form of pedicle screws connected to each other by two transverse crossbars. Four monoaxial transpedicular screws are attached to each spinal rod. Transverse crossbars are installed on two ends of the device. On one side the crossbar is installed between the last and the penultimate monoaxial transpedicular screws, and behind the last monoaxial transpedicular screw, at the end of the spinal rod installed on the intact side, a multiaxial screw for a posterior iliac spine is fixed on an intact side. On the opposite spinal rod, between the heads of the first and second monoaxial transpedicular screws, a sleeve is installed and fixed with a fixing screw along the lateral surface, on the generatrix of which a vertically installed plate with a central hole is fixed, in which a threaded rod is fixed by two nuts, opposite end of which is pivotally connected to the middle of three intraosseous screws installed on the blocked plate for the injured ilium.
EFFECT: invention provides improved clinical outcomes due to more effective reduction and stable fixation of displaced fractures of the pelvic ring and prevention of fractures of pedicle implants.
