SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The device for repositioning unstable injuries of the pelvic ring with displacement contains bone rods, supports in the form of ring segments, with elements of fastening the supports to each other fixed on them. The device has manipulation bars for setting pelvic bones, installed and fixed two at a time in the peripheral parts of each support, in mutually perpendicular planes, equidistant from the bone rods fixed on the support.
EFFECT: invention provides a wide range of possibilities for restoring anatomical ratios of displaced fragments of the pelvic ring in three planes in one operation, with a minimum number of control intraoperative X-rays.
