SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to spinal surgery and is used for spinal-pelvic fixation in caudal regression syndrome. dorsal access is made to the posterior column of the spine and the wings of the pelvis. Transpedicular screws are placed in the vertebral bodies to accommodate the U-shaped rod. In the wings of the pelvis, on both sides, two pedicle screws are installed on each side. Iliac bones are interconnected by the first pre-curved U-shaped bent rod, fixed in the screw heads. Distraction is performed between the pelvic bones. Spinal fusion is performed with an allobone, correction of spinal deformity and fixation with a transpedicular fixation system are performed. The first previously installed U-shaped rod is removed, the screws inserted into the vertebrae and wings are connected with the second U-shaped rod. The rod is installed in the heads of the pedicle screws, the pelvis is maximally raised upwards, the rods are placed in the screw heads and fixed with nuts in the correction position.

EFFECT: method provides rigid and stable fixation of the vertebral-pelvic segment through the use of a U-shaped bent rod.
