FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for preparation and supply of lubricating fluids to hot forming zone at continuous-cycle presses. Complex comprises a lubricant preparation station and a unit for its supply. Lubricant preparation station includes tanks with volume of 2 m³, to which channels for supply of concentrate of lubricating liquid, water and air are connected. In tanks there installed are devices for control and stabilization of lubricating liquid composition, made in the form of density and pH level sensors and pneumatic bubblers. There is a programmable controller for automatic control of the tank loading cycle and supply of lubricating liquid to the supply unit and the control panel of the above cycle by means of manual activation.

EFFECT: as a result creation of positive tribological effect, reduction of friction at deformation and consequently increase of tool durability is provided.
