FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises lubricant tank carried by railway rolling stock and provided with lubricant mixer, service tank with level and temperature gages, and electric heaters. Said tanks are communicated with central air line incorporating air preparation device with pressure gage, and second air line. Device comprises temperature control unit, lubricant feed control unit with pressure gage, system of pipelines provided with electric heaters. Pipelines are quipped with lubricant feed valves, nozzles, pressure gages and flow rate pickups. Airline incorporates compressed air feed valves to feed compressed purge air to nozzles. Undercar space accommodates external temperature gage. System to apply lubrication on rails comprises power supply system, power supply system protection module, satellite navigation system signal receiver, data preprocessor with data transfer module, data processor with nonvolatile memory, automatic hardware control unit, control panel, control board and remote control board.

EFFECT: longer life of rails and rolling stock.
