FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary medicine, namely to a method for producing a biologically active preparation from dog skin tissues. Method for producing a biologically active preparation from dog skin tissues, involving use of 200 grams of cadaveric donor skin tissues from dogs, which is placed in a thermostatic container and held cooled down for 24 hours, then skin tissues are homogenised in 400 ml of 0.05 M TRIS-glycine-phosphate buffer, wherein pH is 8.0, containing 1 ml of ethylenediamino-tetraacetic acid (EDTA) and 0.1% mannitol, for 5 minutes at 4 °C, after which the homogenisate is separated from the ballast substances by filtration through a dense cloth, followed by centrifugation at 20,000 rpm for 60 minutes and filtration through a membrane filter with a pore diameter of 0.45 mcm at 4 °C, further, the obtained filtrate is exposed to radiation, including the ultraviolet spectrum of rays using mercury-quartz burners by passing the homogenised mass through a double cylinder of quartz glass with a distance between walls of 1.8-2 mm and a quartz bactericidal lamp with power of 60 W inserted into it, speed of homogenisate movement should be 200 ml per 1 min, after irradiation the obtained mass is packed in sterile bottles and is subjected to sublimation drying in the refrigerator chamber -40-50 °C and for 8-16 hours, after which cassettes with frozen tissue are quickly reloaded into prepared and cooled chamber, sensors are connected, chamber is closed, and vacuum pumps are switched on, and cooled to -35 °C, after 1-3 hours when vacuum values are 0.012-0.013 bar, the shelves are heated to 30-40 °C until the end of drying at temperature of 25 °C for 90 hours, after drying, the chamber is filled with sterile dried air or inert gas through a special filter and removed from the chamber, closed with plugs and sealed with foil caps.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a biologically active environmentally friendly preparation from dog skin tissues.
