FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science, in particular to veterinary therapy, and can be used to stimulate regenerative processes in the dog's body. Remedy consists of an extract of mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and a conditioned medium obtained during the MSC cultivation, wherein the remedy is obtained using the following steps: de novo isolation or deconservation of the MSC culture from bone marrow or adipose tissue of a dog, cultivation and accumulation of the MSC, obtaining and collection of a conditioned medium, obtaining the MSC extract by freezing-thawing the cell suspension, adding glycine at the concentration of 20 mg/ml to a mixture of the MSC extract and the conditioned medium, sterilization, bottling, freeze drying. Herewith the remedy is stable due to adding the said concentration of glycine, it is convenient to use due to the dosage form.

EFFECT: invention can be used in clinical practice in the treatment of injuries to the skin and the musculoskeletal system, with liver damage to the dog, during the postoperative period and to improve the living standards of aging animals.
