SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to resuscitation, and can be used for treating nutritional deficiency in patients with sepsis. On 2nd postoperative day, patients with sepsis are given through a nasogastric tube an enteral mixture containing a metabiotic complex and β-glucans, in amount of 1,500 millilitres and rate of 62.5 millilitres per hour for 24 hours for 14 days.

EFFECT: use of the mixture will enable to reduce nutritional and multiple organ failure in the patients with sepsis to improve the therapeutic outcome, increase the clinical effectiveness in intestinal dysbiosis, nutritional and multiple organ failure with reducing the risk of secondary infections in the patients with sepsis.
