SUBSTANCE: invention relates to providing effective protection of young poultry against diseases caused by disturbed intestinal microbiota and mycotoxin intoxication. Disclosed is a method for producing a fodder composition with antimicrobial properties for poultry farming, which includes growing lactic acid bacteria and bacilli on a liquid nutrient medium, characterized by that performing joint submerged cultivation of biocompatible strains Lactobacillus acidophilus IV8, Pediococcus acidilactici PA-12, and Bacillus subtilis GA27 under aerobic conditions on molasses-soya nutrient medium containing components in the following ratios, wt.%: molasses—13.0, soya flour—30.0, corn extract—15.0, wheat offal—5.0, sodium acetate—5.0, ammonium sulphate—2.0, potassium phosphate—1.5, magnesium sulphate—0.2, manganese sulphate—0.05, and water—balance, bringing to pH—6.7 at temperature (37–39) °C and constant stirring with intensity of 50 rpm for 16 hours.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a fodder additive with pronounced antimicrobial properties in relation to pathogens of intestinal infections of young poultry and mycotoxicosis, as well as high colonization capabilities, rate of recovery of the intestinal microbiota of the microorganism.
