SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sports, and more specifically to a bracelet fixed on various parts of the body of a trainee for working out, staging and improving the technique of strikes, for example, in football, volleyball, boxing and martial arts. Bracelet, which notifies the target hit during training by the part of the body on which it is worn, which is made of a flexible elastic band made with possibility of putting on parts of the trainee’s leg, arm or head, wherein target is secured on belt outer side to alert trainee and/or trainer when hitting target by foot, arm or head whereon bracelet target is secured.

EFFECT: providing real-time control and monitoring of the trainee’s correctness of striking the target, technical capabilities and skills of the trainee; facilitating the training process due to the release of the trainer from the tasks of long-term interpretation and demonstration of the correctness of performing various technical exercises for striking the target with certain correct parts of the trainee’s body; ensuring the setting and practicing of the correct striking technique to increase the accuracy of striking the target.
