SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device includes a connecting and telecommunication section, the device is configured for operation in integration mode, wherein the connecting section is connected to a power source of the lighting fixture, which it shares with at least a power stage, wherein the telecommunication section comprises an access stage configured to receive/transmit data packets from/to a mobile device or to a stationary lighting fixture not comprising a device, and a postback stage configured to send/receive data packets to/from another device embedded in another lighting fixture, or, in the case of a fixed network, to a subscriber station equipment located at the home of an end user of the fixed service, wherein the device comprises antennae for an access stage and a return stage, and an access stage and a postback stage of the same device share different versions of 802.11 protocol.
EFFECT: faster transmission of data packets in a telecommunication network.
