Method of expanding a first message in a wireless communication network comprises: determining a possibility of a modulation scheme and encoding a recipient device of the first message; determining the number of bits in the first message of the first symbol; determining expansion length based on possibility of modulation and coding scheme and number of bits; and transmitting a first message with a certain length extension to a recipient device.
EFFECT: elimination of signaling expansion ambiguity in a data packet.
