SUBSTANCE: when providing operations for the relay node, a system information unit is received in the first network node, including a first indication indicating that the first cell is an NSA cell and whether the SA UE access to the first cell is prohibited, and a second indication indicating whether the type of the first network node is able to access the first cell. It is identified in the first network node whether the type of the first network node is able to access the first cell based on the second indication in the system information unit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to enable relay nodes to anchor and access the non-stand-alone (NSA) cells of the new radio (NR), and perform operations as if these NSA NR cells were stand-alone (SA) NR cells.
