SUBSTANCE: binary subtractor contains ten XOR elements (11, …, 110) and seven elements AND (21, …, 27), connected to each other in a special way to ensure the formation of a binary code of the difference of two four-bit binary numbers, given by binary signals, as well as formation of a bit which determines its sign.
EFFECT: reducing hardware costs when implementing a device.
