FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for transmitting discrete messages in communication channels with variable parameters. Transmission of the message with quadrature amplitude-phase modulation (QAPM) is carried out for all vertices of the signal constellation with the same maximum possible amplitude and with individual manipulation of amplitude and phase of the quadratures of the carrier wave, and at the receiving end of the radio link on the features on the transmitting side of the radio link, consisting in the phase shift keying of the carrier wave quadratures by mutually orthogonal binary sequences, determining separate groups of vertices of signal constellation and depending on one or another specific group of vertices of signal constellation taking into account ratio of amplitudes and difference of initial phases of quadratures of carrier wave in each group of signal constellation a decision is made on specific set of received elementary symbols in transmitted code combination.
EFFECT: high noise-immunity of transmitting discrete messages in communication channels with variable parameters.
