FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to ship building. Proposed method proceeds from measurement of period of roll, forward and after draft, wave period, ship course angle and speed on irregular rough sea, definition of metacentric height and measurement of ship angular position relative to lengthwise, transverse and vertical axes. Besides, it includes actual wave eight and course angles of incoming waves relative to center plane, stream course angle and ship speed loss caused by wind and roughness. Proposed device comprises course angle transducer, speed transducer, units of ship forward and after draft transducers, unit of ship vibration transducers, and unit of transducers of ship acceleration in rough sea. Besides, it includes switching and data preprocessing unit, classifier-processor-editor, metrological processor, and intelligent processor integrated into computer, display, documentation system, expert system and hardware-software unit for simulation of ship dynamics in tight navigation conditions. Additionally, the ship is equipped with low-altitude radio meter. Also, it is equipped with transceiver of satellite navigation system wind parameter meter.
EFFECT: higher validity.
