FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making ultrasonic transducers, sensors, detectors, as well as hydroacoustic transmitters operating in receiving mode. First, weighed portions of components are prepared in stoichiometric ratios: antimony oxide Sb2O3, sodium sulphide Na2S, potassium iodide KI and tin (II) chloride SnCl2. Then prepared weighed portions are dissolved in hydrochloric acid and end product is synthesized at temperature from 45 to 85 °C by exchange interaction of said components in hydrochloric acid solution with subsequent stirring on a magnetic mixer. Synthesis time ranges from 0.75 to 2 hours. Synthesis product is successively washed with hydrochloric acid, distilled water and acetone and dried in air. Obtained piezoelectric material has a composition according to formula Sb1−xSnxSI1−x, where 0.03≤x≤0.1, filamentary crystal structure and high anisotropy of piezoelectric parameters.
EFFECT: invention increases Curie temperature of the obtained piezoelectric material, simplifies the method of producing said material, as well as increases efficiency due to synthesis in solution without using complex hardware.
