FIELD: crystal growing. SUBSTANCE: invention may find use in piezoelectric technics as well as in chemical engineering for creating various-destination composites. Monocrystals of invention are prepared from fluorine-containing aqueous solution, component of which is taken with concentration of potassium fluoride 38-43 and hydrogen peroxide 4-5 wt %. Starting material is a preliminarily synthesized reagent with formula (Sb0,6Bi0,4)NbO4.. Process is carried out at 400-450 C, pressure 650-770 atm, temperature gradient 0.6-0.8 oC/cm, and liquid to solid phase volume ratio (1,1-1.3):(0.2-0.4). EFFECT: increased yield of (85- 92%) and lowered phase transition. 2 tbl
