FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to nickel alloy intended for use in oil production, in particular for production of pipeline pipes for transportation of gas or oil. Alloy has the following composition, wt.%: 16.5 ≤ Cr ≤ 25.0, 11.0 ≤ Mo ≤ 18.0, 2.0 ≤ W ≤ 7.0, Fe ≤ 1.0, Mo+W ≤ - 0.5x(Cr+Fe) + 30, Mo+W ≥ - 0.5x(Cr+Fe) + 25, Ti+Ta ≤ 0.80, 0.01 ≤ Al ≤ 0.35, 0.01 ≤ Mn ≤ 0.35, Ca ≤ 0.005, Mg ≤ 0.005, Nb ≤ 0.01, 0.001 ≤ C ≤ 0.05, 0.001 ≤ N ≤ 0.05, S ≤ 0.003, P ≤ 0.005, 0.01 ≤ Si ≤ 0.75 or 0.01 ≤ Si ≤ 0.25 in the presence of rare-earth elements at their content from 0.0010 to 0.015, optional 0.0010 ≤ rare earth elements ≤ 0.015, the rest is nickel and unavoidable impurities formed as a result of production, wherein nickel content exceeds or is equal to 54.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance.
