FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to a boron-bearing welding material based on nickel, and can be used in the repair of a variety of products made from nickel, cobalt and iron based alloys. Ductile boron-bearing welding material based on nickel contains, by mass%: boron from 0.4 to 0.6, carbon up 0.04, chromium from 20 to 23, molybdenum from 8 to 10, niobium from 3.15 to 4.14, nickel and impurities – the rest.
EFFECT: use of said welding material provides crack-free welds on dispersion-hardened high-temperature alloys, as well as soldered brazed and welded joints with high yield strength and long-term strength.
