FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used as a source of sinusoidal oscillations, including in integrated circuits. RC-generator containing the first and the second terminals, the first, the second and the third transistors, the first, the second and the third resistors, the first, the second and the third capacitors, the first and the second current sources, includes the first and the second thermistors. Increase of frequency stability of formed sinusoidal oscillations in the range of operating temperatures of the generator is achieved by optimal selection of the ratio of resistances of series-connected resistors with a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and thermistor with negative temperature coefficient of resistance.
EFFECT: increased stability of frequency of generated sinusoidal oscillations in the range of operating temperatures of the generator.
