SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power sources, namely to storage batteries used in vehicles, laptops, mobile phones, power banks and other devices, where an internal power source is used. Accumulator battery includes housing, in which anode and cathode are installed, separated by insulator and filled with gel-electrolyte. Anode used is an aluminium porous plate, the surface of which is coated with borophene, and the cathode used is a copper porous plate, the surface of which is coated with borophene. In addition, the inner space of the porous plates is filled with carbon airgel, and the gel electrolyte used is 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride, or 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexaphosphate, or 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride.

EFFECT: increased durability and speed of accumulator battery charging during operation at low temperatures.
