FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to reduction of aft vibration caused by dynamic action of operating propulsor on ship hull. Device for reducing vibration of the aft end of the vessel includes a propeller shaft with an axial step, a support bearing, hydrodynamic noise silencers, vibration isolating support installed in impermeable part of housing with non-support and support vibration isolating elements, seal of propeller shaft, thrust-support bearing and main vibration isolating coupling of shaft line. Propeller shaft support bearing is installed in ship hull permeable part made of polymer composite materials with high vibration damping characteristics. Vibration isolating support of the shaft line installed on the aft bulkhead between the permeable and impermeable parts of the housing, and the thrust bearing are equipped with vibration isolating elements in all directions.
EFFECT: reduced vibration of aft end of the ship.
