FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering and can be used in production of fuselage shell, wing shell, horizontal rail shell and vertical tail shell, reinforced by multiple stiffness elements. Proposed method consists in that said stiffness elements and shell coat are produced made using epoxy resin from at least partially hardened blanks reinforced by carbon fibers. Aforesaid stiffness elements are arranged in at least partially hardened coat of shell. Then partially hardened jointing elements are bought in contact with shell coat and stiffness elements arranged on shell coat and said jointing elements are hardened to produce shell. Note here that jointing elements are hardened in vacuum bag of autoclave together with shell coat and stiffness elements. Note also that stiffness elements are positioned and fixed relative to shell coat by retaining device arranged outside of vacuum bag.
EFFECT: simplified method of producing stable-size shells for aircraft.
