FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: radar chip (301) with hollow waveguide input device (100) intended for input and output of radar signal of radar chip to antenna (307) or to hollow waveguide (305) of radar measuring device (300), wherein the hollow waveguide input device comprises: high-frequency substrate (302) with line (103), radiating element (201) and waveguide (102a, 102b, 101, 302) arranged between them and built into the substrate, which are made for transmitting a radar signal between radar chip and an antenna or hollow waveguide of the radar measuring device, as well as for inputting and outputting a radar signal into the antenna or the hollow waveguide of the radar measuring device; first moulding compound (309), in which radar chip (301), line (103) and part of upper side (102a) of waveguide (102a, 102b, 101, 302) built into the substrate are embedded, and intended for protection of radar chip (301) from mechanical effects, additional moulding compound (401), which after the first moulding compound is applied on the first moulding compound.
EFFECT: improved protection against mechanical vibrations.
