SUBSTANCE: invention is related to antenna systems for GNSS and GPS applications, and, in particular to microstrip antennas (MSA), which make it possible to reduce effect of multipath reception of signals. Antenna system for operation with GNSS and GPS signals comprises body of antenna assembly with screen of around 1…1.5 of wave length, radiating plate arranged above mentioned screen and separated from each other, supply line for signal supply to radiating plate, besides screen has cavity in the form of deepening, where radiating plate is installed so that height of radiating plate above upper edge of screen makes not more than 0.05λ, of signal wave length, which will be sent or received by MSA. where lp is length of radiating plate. Antenna system may be arranged as single-range or double-range with moderating structure, in the form of multiple conducting metal fins or pins arranged on radiating plate and/or screen.

EFFECT: provision of wide band of frequencies and compact antenna dimensions without growth of overall size of antenna assembly.
