SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spectroscopy and can be used for scientific research in chemistry, physics, biology, mineralogy, medicine, controlling parameters of technological processes, input and output quality control of raw materials and finished products, environmental monitoring of pollutant emissions into the environment, including trace impurities in the atmosphere, identification of the source of pollution. Spectrometer has an input collimator, a spectral signal recording device and a prismatic dispersing device. At that, on the optical axis the main scanning interferometer, the additional scanning interferometer are installed in series, guiding mirror arranged on micro-slide to provide preset angular position by linear actuator, as well as control unit electrically connected to said elements.

EFFECT: high spectral sensitivity, temperature stability and high resolution, as well as broader functional capabilities of the device.
