FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: optical devices based on the use of the phenomena of interference of light fluxes, for example, in Fabry-Perot interferometers used in scientific research and technique for scanning the spectrum in the spectral analysis of optical radiation with high resolution or light modulation, as well as in wavelength tunable lasers. The specified technical result is achieved in a Fabry-Perot scanning interferometer based on IT-28-30, which includes: two plane-parallel mirrors, where the working planes are installed one next to the other and rest on an Invar base from the standard IT-28-30 set, and a movable mirror is installed in the elastic diaphragm cage, and the stationary one in the preliminary adjustment cage; standard set of bases IT-28-30, which allows to set the required distance between mirrors in the range from 0.2 to 30 mm; a magnetic circuit with a coil in which a magnetic field is created when voltage is applied, which participates in the scanning process, displacing the movable mirror due to the elastic deformation of the diaphragm.
EFFECT: creation of a device in which the thermal instability of the interferometer is minimized, the interferometer base is expanded to 30 mm and the mirror detuning is reduced.
