SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set with a building board and a method of making a set with a building board. Set X1 with building board includes first building board 10 and packing sheet 20, laid on top of first building board 10. First building board 10 has first surface 11 on the side of packing sheet 20 and second surface 12 opposite to first surface 11. First surface 11 includes first coating film surface 11A. Packing sheet 20 has third surface 21 on the side of the first building board 10 and fourth surface 22 opposite to third surface 21. Third surface 21 is in contact with surface 11A of the first coating film. Absolute value of the difference between the gloss value at angle of 60 degrees of surface 11A of the first coating film and the gloss value at angle of 60 degrees of third surface 21 is 3.0 or less, and the absolute value of the difference between the luster value at angle of 85 degrees of surface 11A of the first coating film and the luster value at angle of 85 degrees of third surface 21 is 3.0 or less. Method of making a set with a building board according to the present invention includes a step of laying the first building board 10 and packing sheet 20 on top of each other so that surface 11A of the first coating film and third surface 21 are in contact with each other.
EFFECT: creation of a set suitable for suppressing formation of gloss, which can be caused by squeezing of a coating film on the surface of a construction board.
