SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the form of a medical syringe. Multi-dose adjustable pre-filled syringe pen comprises a syringe pen body, an injection pusher, a pusher sleeve, a coupling bushing, an end limiting element and a dispensing bushing. Injection pusher forms a threaded connection with the body of the syringe pen. Pusher sleeve and the injection pusher are connected to each other along a sliding fit in the injection direction. Pusher sleeve can transmit torque in the screwing direction of the injection pusher. Sleeve for pusher and body of syringe pen are connected by means of the first set of ratchet mechanisms with pawl. Coupling bushing and the pusher sleeve are connected to each other along a sliding fit in the injection direction. Bushing for dispensing is connected with possibility of rotation with body of syringe pen by means of thread. Rotation of coupling bushing and dispensing bushing relative to each other is limited by means of fastening structure made with possibility of disengagement in direction of injection. End limiting element and the dispensing bushing rest on a support tab designed with the possibility of elastic deformation in the direction of injection. Bushing for dispensing can be turned for forced disconnection of fastening structure before support tab is elastically deformed.

EFFECT: solution of the problem, which consists in the fact that the existing syringe pen is inconvenient in manipulation and the effect of dose adjustment is unsatisfactory.
