FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a pen injector device. Proposed syringe comprises: differential helical gear comprising pusher rod (18), pusher rod nut (22), positioning rotary ratchet (21), adjusting rod (17) and ratchet tube (8); a dose adjustment mechanism comprising adjustment head (2), a digital code tube (15), adjustment tube (7), a ratchet coupling ring (9), as well as an adjustment connecting tube (6); housing (3), wherein differential screw transmission mechanism is located in housing (3), window (4) is located on housing (3), and also in housing (3) holder (24) of handle core is located; and an injection mechanism comprising a button connection link (16), button (1) and button spring (14). During adjustment, the contact area between the ratchet coupling ring (9) and ratchet tube (8) generates clicks under the action of the ratchet as a prompt to the user. Besides, visual prompt in window (4) also helps to adjust dose.
EFFECT: fine-tunable syringe can also be used many times and can increase injection accuracy by converting spiral motion into linear motion.
