SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a low-combustible phosphorus-containing epoxy-benzoxazine binder and can be used in production of articles from polymer composite materials, used in instrument making, automotive, aviation, aerospace, electrical engineering, construction and other industries. Low-combustible phosphorus-containing epoxy-benzoxazine binder for making articles from polymer composite materials consists of epoxy resin, a benzoxazine compound from:

and glycidyl ether of phosphorus acid as a phosphorus-containing fire retardant from the series: triglycidyl phosphate, diglycidyl methyl phosphate, in the following ratio of components, wt.pts.: benzoxazine compound - 100, epoxy resin - 50-70, glycidyl ether of phosphorus acid - 30–50. Invention also relates to a method of producing a low-combustible phosphorus-containing benzoxazine binder.

EFFECT: development of composition and method of producing low-combustible phosphorus-containing epoxy-benzoxazine binder, having low viscosity of the binder, high strength properties of the binder, high heat resistance of the binder, wherein the method of producing the low-combustible benzoxazine binder is simplified owing to lower mixing temperature of the components.
