FIELD: producing binders based on epoxy-benzoxazine composition.
SUBSTANCE: binder based on epoxy-benzoxazine composition for products made of polymer composite materials based on epoxy polymers comprises the following components, parts by weight: epoxy resin based on bisphenol A 30, epoxy novolac resin 70, difunctional benzoxazine 40-60, liquid aromatic amine hardener 10 -17. The invention also relates to a method for producing a binder based on an epoxy-benzoxazine composition.
EFFECT: development of a composition and a method for obtaining a binder based on an epoxy-benzoxazine composition, eliminating the disadvantages of the prototype, namely: increasing the strength properties of the binder, increasing the heat resistance of the binder, increasing manufacturability by reducing viscosity, simplifying the method for obtaining an epoxy-benzoxazine composition, due to experimental selection of a liquid aromatic amine hardener.
