FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a curable system, including benzoxazine and cyanate ester, and a method for its preparation and is intended for use as an adhesive, sealant or binder for composite materials operating at elevated temperatures in aerospace, electrical, electronic, automotive and other industries. The method for obtaining a cyano-benzoxazine composition consists in preparing the first mixture, for which the cyanoether resin is added in portions to benzoxazine in the same proportion and triturated until complete homogenization, the resulting mixture is heated to a temperature of 60-70° C to melt benzoxazine, mixed thoroughly and the rest of the cyanoester resin is added and cured according to the following: 1 hour at 120°C, 1 hour at 180°C, 1 hour at 250° C, with the following ratio of components of the cyano-benzoxazine composition, parts by weight: benzoxazine 25-27, cyanoether resin 75-73.

EFFECT: development of a cyano-benzoxazine composition with a low curing temperature and a method for its preparation, the composition eliminates disadvantages, such as lowering the curing temperature of the composition, optimizing the mixing process of the components, increasing the homogeneity of the mixture, and increasing the heat resistance of the cured composition.
