FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to powder metallurgy, and can be used in making powder compositions for running-in sealing coatings of turbomachine parts, obtained by chemical metallization, for example, chemical nickel plating. Nickel-based powder composition contains hexagonal boron nitride, phosphorus and impurities in the following ratio of components, wt.%: nickel is base, hexagonal boron nitride: 17.0–23.0, phosphorus: 0.51–0.99, impurities are not more than 2.0.
EFFECT: higher quality of coating by increasing the temperature of the melting of the shell, which leads to the lack of the likelihood of the formation of a “nickel plug” in the injector or the nozzle of the powder material, the uniformity of the powder composition is achieved when obtaining the coating.
