FIELD: robotics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics, namely to hybrid manipulation devices for laser technologies. Statically balanced manipulation device for laser technologies has five degrees of freedom and comprises a flat mechanism of a parallel structure. Flat mechanism for manipulating laser head comprises fixed link – base 1, movable platform 2 with output link 3, movably connected to platform 2 by means of two rotary hinges 4 and 5 with rigidly mounted on it laser head 6, moving under action of drive M1, four identical flat kinematic circuits I, II, III, IV, between base 1 and platform 2. Each kinematic chain I, II, III, IV contains drive M2, links 7 and 8 in the form of rods. Link 8 comprises counterweight 9 fixed on it and displaced along the arm of link 8, between the free end and rotary hinge 10, by means of which link 8 is conjugated with base 1. Link 7 on one side is coupled with movable platform 2 by means of rotary hinge 11, and on the other side is coupled with double-arm link 8 by means of rotary hinge 12. Mechanism for moving table 13, on which laser sintering takes place, comprises a drive M6, ball-screw pair 14 and guides 15 and 16.
EFFECT: improved functional characteristics of the device for laser technologies.
